Cancellation Policy
Please give 24-hour notice if you are unable to attend your next scheduled appointment. You will be charged $100 if we receive less than 24-hour notice for your missed appointment. This fee is not covered by insurance.

****Please note that we are only accepting neuropsychological and psychological testing clients at this time. We are not currently able to accept new therapy clients. The waitlist is estimated at a minimum of 3 months, but we are monitoring our schedules closely for availability.
